A Norwegian Man Who Visits Every Country Twice Chooses The Worst Country

Everyone wants to travel the world at least once in their life. There was a man who traveled around the world once, twice. Gunnar Garfors has traveled to every country in the world, including war-torn areas like Eritrea. He has seen it all: snorkeling in the Marshall Islands, seeing lions in Botswana, or eating sushi for breakfast in Tokyo. Gunnar was the first person to explore any city in the world twice. Now, in a recent interview, he shared his travel experiences and revealed her which nation he finds most disappointing.

The 48-year-old Norwegian used his work as a media journalist to pay for his first trip from 2008 to 2013. He left his comfortable home to travel to different countries. Then in 2018, he set himself the goal of doing it again.

Gunnar said being the first person to travel around the world twice is humbling because there are so many amazing places and experiences in the world. He added that he can’t leave his job and that’s why he enjoys his holidays, weekends and long weekends.

He added, “I will fly somewhere on Tuesday after work, fly back to Oslo on Sunday evening and go to work on Monday morning.” While talking to the Mirror about his visit to Sao Tome, an island off the coast of Gabon where he is stopping for the third time as part of his research for a paper on the equator and the Arctic Circle, he shared that North Korea is where the body. that confused his expectations. for the wrong reason.

“It’s a good example of what’s wrong. You go there and you know it’s worse. You will not understand what is happening in North Korea. For what’s wrong,” Gunnar said.

He added that the city elite have lots of food and money to go around but the country people can’t even afford tractors. They live in “dire conditions.”

He compared it to Saudi Arabia and called the country a better place to visit. Gunnar explained that there are many countries that he would not consider living in for many years, including New Zealand, Central Asia, Canada and Iceland. He added: “South Korea is amazing. Japan and Madagascar are truly amazing. Sao Tome is not bad but the traffic here is bad.

Gunnar challenged himself to visit seven countries with the suffix -stan, including Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Afghanistan.
