From the moment we touched down in Naples, the vibe shifted. The salty breeze, the distant hum of Vespas, and a view that looked straight out of a postcard told us one thing — we were about to experience something unforgettable.
Our trip started with a scenic drive along the Amalfi Coast — arguably one of the most beautiful coastal roads in the world. Hairpin bends and sheer cliffs gave way to jaw-dropping views of the Mediterranean. If you’re planning a trip here, be prepared to stop often… not for traffic, but for photos.
🚗 Must-Visit Towns on the Amalfi Coast
Each town on this coast has its own soul. In this vlog, we explored some of the most picturesque spots:
1. Positano — The Crown Jewel
Positano is everything you’ve heard and more. Colorful cascading houses, boutique shops, lemon-scented air, and stunning beach clubs. We chilled at Spiaggia Grande and caught golden hour at Franco’s Bar with a Limoncello in hand.
2. Amalfi — History & Heart
The town that gives the coast its name is full of character. We wandered through narrow alleys, visited the stunning Amalfi Cathedral, and tried some authentic Amalfi paper. Pro tip: Don’t skip the lemon sorbet served in an actual lemon!
3. Ravello — A View from the Clouds
Nestled in the hills above Amalfi, Ravello is elegance personified. We visited Villa Rufolo and Villa Cimbrone — gardens with views that stretch beyond the sea and into your dreams. Ravello gave us one of the most peaceful moments of the trip.
4. Praiano — The Hidden Gem
Not as crowded, but just as beautiful. Praiano offered us peace, sea-view dinners, and one of the most magical sunsets we’ve seen. It’s the perfect base if you want fewer crowds and authentic vibes.
🛥️ Boat Ride Magic
No Amalfi trip is complete without a day on the water. We took a private boat tour along the coast and explored hidden coves, grottos, and even got a glimpse of the luxurious island of Capri in the distance. Jumping into the clear blue water felt like pure bliss.
