In what probably happened to many of us, a Bangalore man’s luggage was mistakenly taken by a co-passenger. As the bags looked similar, they were accidentally traded. The accident may seem normal. But this is where it gets weird. By contacting the airline’s customer service repeatedly, he didn’t get any help. So, the man from Bangalore decided to take matters into his own hands and how to do it!
Nandan Kumar’s bag was accidentally exchanged with a co-passenger
Nandan Kumar, a software engineer, traveled from Patna to Bangalore on an IndiGo flight. His bag was exchanged for another passenger. Kumar took to Twitter not only to share his concern, but also his unique solution to the problem. After repeatedly contacting customer service and unsuccessfully attempting to locate the co-passenger who mistakenly took his bag, the software engineer took matters into his own hands. He used his developer skills and opened the developer console on the @ IndiGo6E website.

Hacked IndiGo’s website and recovered luggage without IndiGo’s help
So you started the whole recording flow with a network recording. The software developer has successfully identified the passenger who took your bag by mistake. And in the end she got his bags back. On Twitter, he shared his story about him hacking the IndiGo website to find a solution to his problem. IndiGo responded by apologizing for the inconvenience and assuring netizens that their website had no security flaws, as pointed out by Nandan Kumar. This post has gone viral, with many congratulating you on your fantastic solution and also planning to ask you for help in the future so they don’t have to deal with such problems.
Already Got my bag , with very minimal help from your team. Thanks to a vulnerability in your system, I was able to get contact to the co passenger and got my bag. Your team didn’t even follow up on the case.
