How To Make Pudla Sandwich At Home?

To prepare pudla sandwich at home, follow the steps below:

1. Take a bowl and mix vegetables of choice, like onions, carrots, beets and corn.

2. Add chopped cilantro to the above mixture.

3. Add chat masala, black pepper masala, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt and mix the vegetables well. Add a pinch of lemon juice and keep the bowl aside.

4.  You need to make the liquid batter of besan now. In another bowl, add besan, garam masala, paprika, turmeric powder and cumin powder and mix thoroughly. Add the required amount to water to ensure that the besan mixture isn’t too thin. Do not make it too heavy either. Ensure that it does not have lumps.

5. Add ginger garlic paste to the besan mixture.

6. In a third bowl, mix cheese and cilantrio.

7. Now drizzle oil in a pan after putting it on low flame.

8. Dip a bread slice into the besan mix and put it in the oil. Follow the same process for another bread slice.

9. Add the vegetable mix over each slice.

10. Cook them for 2 to 3 minutes.

11. When one side turns golden brown, flip the slices. Let the sides with the vegetables cook.

12. Now turn the slices again and add the cheese paste over the vegetables.

13. Put one side over the other and cook for half a minute.

Your pudla sandwich is ready!
