Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has launched a package of 3 nights 4 days to Vaishno Devi. Vaishno Devi’s sacred temple perched at an altitude of 5200 feet in Katra, Jammu and Kashmir. The initial price of this package by the IRCTC known as Vaishno Devi Darshan by Uttar S. Krantri is ₹ 2845. Pilgrims who take trips need to have evidence of full vaccination of Covid-19 or RT-PCR reports carried out within 72 hours of arrival. Also, the use of face masks and installing Arogoa Setu application will remain mandatory.
The Trip will start at New Delhi
The trip will begin at the New Delhi Railway station. Guests will be taken to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra (SVDK) Railway station from New Delhi train station in Uttar Sampark Kranti Express. The train will depart from New Delhi on the 1st day and tourists will reach the Vaishno Devi Katra Railway station on the day 2 in the morning. They can have breakfast after check-in to the IRCTC Guest House. They also need to collect the Yatra slip from Vaishno Devi Katra’s Railway station.
Guests will be accommodated on the Irctc Guest House
To visit Vaishno Devi’s Shrine, pilgrims who utilize the package will get pickup facilities in Banganga. They will also be derived at the IRCTC guest house in Katra. After staying, they can spend day 3 in Katra and enjoy relaxation. At night, they need to proceed to Vaishno Devi Katra Railway station to ride Uttar Sampark Kranti Express to reach Delhi after an overnight stay.
