In a tweet, IRCTC shared that the new updates will ensure passengers can travel more pleasantly. In addition, they are improving catering and hospitality services on trains to improve train travel. They are also taking all essential measures necessary to improve catering services on trains.

The video asked passengers to take specific measures that would allow them not to pay more for food or water. They will also ensure that adequate food rates are displayed for passengers. However, food fare stickers have been placed on some trains. The IRCTC also asked passengers to pay the fares indicated on the products and not to pay extra.
