Although Mathur likes to travel a lot. As a result, she continues with her two children inside and outside India.
According to a report posted by HerStory, both Gulati and Mathur are Instagram creators who create travel and parenting content, discovered each other’s profiles in 2019 and started chatting. A shared job, children of the same age and a common love for travel quickly strengthened their friendship. One day, while talking about travel, they both realized that there are travel groups for women, travelers, seniors, couples, etc., but nothing for mothers and children. . And that’s how the whole idea was born.
Travel With Kids was born in 2021. The first mother-child journey of the initiate took place in Pondicherry in the same year.

So far, the startup has launched 20 such holidays in five different locations: Puducherry, Coonoor, Varkala, Goa and Mysuru. They also organize women only holidays in Lakshadweep, Andaman and Puducherry.
How do they manage? They choose a location and post it on their Instagram account. When they get approval from interested parties, they create a detailed itinerary, which is quickly followed by posting a Google document. This form is specially designed to collect important information about the child’s sleeping habits, nutrition, and possibly allergies and any other special needs.
With all this information in mind, they make the necessary reservations. Once all the details are done, they organize a video meeting on a WhatsApp group. In addition, one of the founders is always present during the trip.
In addition, to ensure safety, mothers and their children have separate rooms and often stay in homestays or boutique hotels. As a result, a three to four day holiday usually costs between ₹ 20,000 and ₹ 25,000.
So when are you planning to travel with them?
